Just want to let you know a bit more about how we handle shipping:
- For every dress order, we ship with Fedex or EMS (your choice) which usually takes 2-8 days to reach you, no matter where you live in the world.
- For addresses which Fedex can't handle, such as a military address, we will ship with other shipping services like UPS, TNT, EMS to get your parcel delivered.
- For small orders, let's say you purchased a pair of gloves from Adorona, we will ship your gloves with EMS or Air Mail to cut the shipping cost down from our end. But if the gloves were purchased with a dress, you can expect the gloves come with the dress from Fedex or other expedited shipping services.
When will I receive my dress?
We provide estimated delivery date on every product page which will be shipped by expedited shipping by default.
Do you offer combine shipping ? If so, how?
We offer combine shipping when you purchase more than one items. However, items must be shipped to the same confirmed address. Buy more, save more!
Can I expedite my order?
Please contact us when you want to expedite orders. We also suggest that you allow for additional time to include alterations if your dress is for a specific event.
What countries does Adorona ship to?
Adorona ships globally to all locations.
Why is part of my order on hold?
If this is your first order and you purchased multiple items, we will process one item from your order first to ensure the measurements are correct. Once you receive the first item from your order, please contact us with feedback on the fit of these dress and we will process the remainder of your order accordingly. If you require a specific item to be shipped first, please let us know within 24 hrs of placing your order.
Can shippment company ship to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?
Please note that our shipping company cannot ship to Post Office Boxes but APO/FPO military addresses is available.
Will I have to pay additional taxes or tariffs on my Adorona order?
Some countries charge taxes or other shipping charges on imported packages. We recommend checking with your local customs office for these charges before placing your order. Since these types of taxes and charges are subject to change at any time (and often change from day to day), we cannot incorporate these charges into the shipping charge at payment.
My order is being held by US Customs and I was contacted by shippment company to fill out a form as an importer. What do I do?
Adorona is unable to complete this form as a requirement by US Customs. A shippment company representative will be able to assist you with this. Please quote your tracking number, and once the form is completed your package will arrive shortly.
I want to change my shipping address. How do I do this?
